Telehealth services are now available so that our clients can receive distance mental health and substance abuse services from our staff via doxy.me. The World Health Organization defines Telehealth as "health care services that use telecommunications and virtual technology to deliver health care outside of traditional health-care facilities."
We work with clients of all ages with social, emotional, and behavioral issues. For children and teens, we provide services to all grade levels (pre-K to high school) and have worked in a number of schools in the Oklahoma City metro area.
Our staff are certified and specialty-trained in the unique culture of First Responders and Law Enforcement Officers. We understand the needs of these heroes, and provide culturally-sensitive mental health services while promoting the emotional wellbeing and resiliency of this population.
Our staff provides assistance with advocacy, crisis management, and linkage to community resources. We also offer referral services when we are unable to meet the needs of an individual.

Our staff provides individualized trauma-informed mental health services in a variety of settings. We are committed to providing culturally-sensitive services while promoting the emotional wellbeing of our clients. Our staff provides family, couple, and individual sessions to children, teens, and adults.
Counseling Session (0-60 minutes): $125.00
Our licensed and/or certified staff offer individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy for adults and teens. If needed, a professional who is cross-trained will provide services for individuals living with mental illness and addiction issues.

We offer ADSAC assessments, also known as DUI assessments, completed by a licensed and certified individual for those that have had their driver's license suspended or revoked. We also offer SAP assessments completed by a licensed and certified individual for those that recently had a testing violation at work.

Substance Abuse Assessment: $120.00
SAP (Assessment only): $275.00
Our staff can help you explore what is “normal” or expected during periods of loss and bereavement. Maybe you need help finding ways to honor your loved one; on the other hand, you may be looking for specific ways to begin slowly creating a new normal in your life. We’re here for whatever you need.
Counseling Session (0-60 minutes): $125.00
Through couples or marriage counseling we can provide you strategies on how to communicate more effectively, improve your relationship, compromise and resolve conflicts. Our staff can help you see yourself, your significant other and your relationship
in a new light. Clinicians are trained through the Gottman Institute.

Our anger management services provide a clear set of recovery guidelines and give individuals with anger issues a controlled platform for the release of their emotions. We utilize a curriculum that is provided by SAMHSA.
Anger Management Assessments: $120.00 Anger Management Sessions: $60.00 per hour
If you feel overwhelmed with parenting responsibilities or if you have parenting issues that you just cannot resolve, then we are here to help. Our staff can provide you with the tools that you need to successfully cope with stressful situations, resolve conflicts, and successfully parent your child. Various curricula are used depending on age appropriateness (1-2-3 Magic Parenting, Love & Logic, Daniel J. Siegel, etc.)
